Miss Alana began her gymnastics training at the age of three. From 3 to 14, she was a part of Spats Aero and she traveled the US, competing in various national championships in duo/trio and group tumbling acrobatics. During this time, she was also a recreational dancer and then a cheerleader for six years.



She has been a dance and tumbling instructor for 12 years and brings great energy to the studio. Her love for her students shows in all she does. She enjoys teaching jazz, hip hop, tumbling and tap.



Miss Alana is also the owner of Hello Gorgeous Salon in Greenwood.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her wife Katie, dog Leeloo and family

Yu Qin Hao is a master level teacher with a professional ballet background. Before coming to the States in the 1980's, she performed in the Royal Ballet of China and danced for several US presidents. 



She teaches intermediate and advanced ballet with us. She brings knowledge and a love for dance that helps our advanced level students continue to grow. We are thankful to have such a talented teacher on staff.

Autumn Horner began dancing at the age of 2, and joined a competitive program at the age of 5. From there she trained, competed, and performed in a variety of styles. 


She was one of the founding dancers of Inspire Dance Company in 2012 and has been a dedicated member of the studio ever since. Autumn graduated in 2022 and now attends Indiana University where she is majoring in elementary education and is a Captain of the IU RedStepper Dance Team. 


During her summer and weekends off you will often find her at the studio running rehearsal, setting choreography, and sharing her love of dance.

Miss Trista is our talented studio director and her love of teaching is the heart of Inspire Dance Company. She has trained in many styles of dance including Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Lyrical, Contemporary, Jazz Funk and Hip Hop. She graduated with honors in 1997 with her degree in dance and has over 20 years of teaching experience. She coached the award-winning Laserette Dance Team in Dayton, Ohio for over 15 years and choreographed and taught for many Ohio based studios before moving to Indianapolis. During her four years with Showcase America and Creative Dance Productions, she taught talented students from all over the country. Miss Trista has assisted with four Citrus Bowl halftime productions and choreographed an all star-dance group that performed at Walt Disney World and on Carnival Cruise Ships. She was also a judge for Showcase America for 5 years and has had the pleasure of judging Ameridance Nationals at Disney World's Wide World of Sports. Miss Trista brings a passion for teaching and the belief that anyone can learn with the right attitude and drive. Her unique background and extensive experience make her a valuable asset for Inspire Dance Company. 


When not teaching dance, Miss Trista enjoys attending bible study at Mount Pleasant Christian Church in Greenwood. She resides in Greenwood with her husband Brad, daughter Autumn, son Nate, and son Nick.

Elizabeth Osburn started dancing at the age of two and began dancing competitively around the age of six. She has been competing with Inspire for almost nine years now, in a variety of styles. She enjoys teaching the younger students and watching them grow through their dance journeys. 


Elizabeth attends Roncalli High School, graduating in 2025, but intends to remain dancing throughout college. She is so excited to be a part of the Inspire family and amazing staff.

“My name is Chloe Rodgers and I grew up in Indianapolis competing in all styles of dance, with tap being my favorite. I was a RedStepper for all four years of college at IU and am now working as a Developmental Therapist while earning my master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology through the University of Cincinnati. I am so excited to be a part of the Inspire family and to have a fun new experience in my dance journey!”

Miss Abby started dancing at the age of two in and has been involved in Indy's southside arts since.  She has danced in many places including Cozumel Mexico, Hawaii, on a cruise ship, the former RCA Dome that hosted NCYC, and Kings Island.  She received her high school letters for Show Choir and Theater from Roncalli High School.  In college, she was given several scholarships for being Captain of the VU Blazerettes and choreographer for their show choir, operas, and musicals. 

She has been teaching dance, cheer, tumbling, vocal, and theater since 2004.  Miss Abby has worked with many students that have physical and/or mental disabilities as well as ESL learners.

Miss Abby survives daily life with coffee, music, books, laughter, and glitter.  She and her husband were introduced through a mutual friend and married in 2005. Her favorite quote is from Walt Disney himself: “If you can dream it, you can do it.  Remember, this whole thing was started with a dream and a mouse.”
